摘要
以坚硬顶板、坚硬煤层条件下综放开采的工业试验和矿压观测为基础 ,通过数值模拟正交试验 ,进行了顶板预处理步距优化和合理的综放工艺参数匹配 ,既消除了坚硬顶板冲击载荷 ,又充分利用了顶板来压对顶煤的压裂作用 ,改善了顶煤冒放性 。
Based on the industrial experiment and the pressure observation of fully mechanized sublevel caving face under the condition of hard roof and hard coal, through orthogonal experiment of numerical simulation, the span of pre processed main roof is optimized and the rational technical parameters fit with each other. Not only the impact load of hard roof is avoided, but also the crack effect of rock pressure is utilized well, so the caving-ability and the recovery ratio of the top coal are all improved.
