煤与废塑料共液化中铁系催化剂工作状态和活性点的研究

摘要 对铁系催化剂在煤直接液化过程中的工作状态和活性点进行了研究 .应用X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)研究发现 ,硫促进的三氧化二铁 (Fe2 O3+S)催化剂使用后 ,硫在三氧化二铁表面的主要存在形式是硫酸盐 ,其次是亚硫酸盐 (SO32 - ) ;在煤与废塑料共液化中Fe2 O3+S催化剂的活性基团不是Fe1-XS .高压釜液化试验表明 ,分析纯的硫酸亚铁 (FeSO4 ·7H2 O)用作煤液化催化剂时 ,无论经过氧化处理还是未经过氧化处理均对煤液化表现出较高的催化活性 .由此可以得出结论 。 The state and active site of iron based catalysts in coal liquefaction has been discussed. The catalysts used were sulfur promoted iron oxides (Fe 2O 3+S), ferrous sulfide (FeS) and ferrous sulfate (FeSO 4·7H 2O) of analytical reagent grade and the mineral pyrite (FeS 2). It was found by X ray photoelectron spectrometry that the main form of sulfur existed in the spent iron oxide (Fe 2O 3+S) catalyst is sulfate, followed by sulfite (SO 3 2- ); and the active site in working state of Fe 2O 3+S catalyst is not Fe 1-X S in coliquefaction of coal with LDPE. A particular finding from autoclave tests was that the ferrous sulfate showed sufficiently high activity for coal liquefaction before and after oxidation treatments. Based on these experiments, it was concluded that an active site of the iron based catalysts was sulfate species formed on the catalyst surface during the hydroliquefaction process of coal.
