摘要
研究了高煤阶无烟煤的热爆特性 ,结果表明 ,无烟煤的热爆性与煤种有关 ,其热稳定性值TS6- 13为 10 %~ 97% .随着预处理温度的提高 ,煤的热爆性大大降低甚至消失 ,而其热稳定性显著提高 .分析表明 ,煤中内在水分在高温下产生的热膨胀应力超过煤自身的极限抗张强度是导致发生热爆裂的主要因素之一 ,高煤阶无烟煤的基本结构单元微晶参数。
The thermal cracking property of high rank anthracite was studied. The test results show that the thermal cracking ability has relation with anthracite types, the thermal stability values TS 6 13 vary from 10%~97%. Under the test range, the thermal cracking reducing or even disappear by increasing preheat temperature. The thermal expansion stress, produced by internal moisture under high temperature , exceed the limiting tensile strength of coal is one of main factors cause anthracite thermal cracking. The basic structure unit micro crystal parameters, fracture and hole property, hole volume play a decisive role on thermal cracking of high rank anthracite coals.
