摘要
目的 观察褪黑激素对吗啡依赖小鼠肝组织损害的作用。方法 利用皮下定量注射吗啡的方法建立吗啡依赖小鼠模型 ,并在光镜下观察经褪黑激素治疗 4wk后吗啡依赖小鼠肝脏病理学变化。结果 肝细胞变性的发生率在吗啡自然戒断组为 10例 (10 / 10 ) ,而褪黑激素治疗组仅 1例 (1/ 10 )有 1~ 2个肝细胞脂肪变性。
Objective To study the recovery degree of livers damage of morphine dependent mice after being treated with melatonin. Methods A morphine dependent model in mice was established by subcutaneous injection of morphine, and the pathological changes in liver tissue of morphine dependent mice were reviewed by light microscope after metatonin treatmeut for 4wk. Results At the end of forth week of natural withdrawal, hydropic and degeneration was found in liver cells of all morphine dependent mice (10/10) At the end of the forth week, the pathological changes of melatonin treatment group were higher than that of natural withdrawl group,one or two fatty degeneration cells in liver of only one mouse were seen (1/10). Conclusion The hepatic damage induced by morphine could get more rapid recovery after being treated with melatonin.
