低剂量辐射与香烟联合对仔鼠学习记忆的影响

摘要 目的 研究低剂量γ -射线与香烟联合处理孕鼠对仔鼠学习记忆的影响。方法 使怀孕 4、7、10、13d的小鼠暴露于不同剂量γ -射线 (60 Co 0~ 1.0Gy) ,同时皮下注射不同浓度的香烟烟雾水溶物 (0~ 1.75支 /只 )观察仔鼠学习记忆行为。结果 当照射剂量达到 0 .5Gy时与香烟联合对仔鼠学习记忆行为的影响明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,与单独照射组和单独给烟组比较 ,仔鼠学习记忆能力明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,并与照射剂量和香烟浓度呈正相关。结论 低剂量γ -射线与香烟联合作用于孕鼠显著降低仔鼠的学习记忆能力。 Objective To study the effect of low dose γ-irradiation and cigarette smoking on learning memory of neonatal mice borned by pregnant mice that exposed to the irradiation and smoking. Method Pregnant mice were exposed to of different dose γ-irradiation( 60 Co 0~1.0Gy)on 4,7,10 and 13d of pregnancy, meanwhile, the water solutions containing different contents of substances from cigarette smoke (0~1.75/cigarette, per mice) was given through subcutaneous injection. Then, the behavior of neonatal mice's learning memory were observed. Results When the pregnant mice were treated with the low dose of γ-irradiation up to 0.5Gy and combined with cigarette smoking , the neonatal mice's behavior of learning memory was influenced significantly(P<0.01) , and the neonatal mice's capability in learning memory reduced obviously(P<0.01) compared with the single γ-irradiation and single cigarette smoking, and a significant paralle ralationship in irradiation dose and cigarette smoking concentration was found. Conlusions The results suggested that learning memory of neonatal mice was reduced by the effect of the low dose γ-irradiation combined with cigarette smoking on pregnancy mice.
