摘要
电子档案是信息时代的产物。在电子文件下所记录的信息要成为电子档案 ,必须具备一定的要求。电子档案的管理和利用是一个全新的领域 。
E-mail files are the products in the information age. E-mail documents should go with some processes to turn into e-mail archives. The management and utility of e-mail files is a brand new field, where there are a lot of problems to be solved in theory and technology.
