摘要
应用图像分析手段对胃肠道31例非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)进行了细胞核形态定量研究。结果显示:Kiel分类低度恶性组与高度恶性组的核形态定量的主要参数(核面积、核等效直径、核最长径和形状因子)均有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);WF分类低度恶性组、中度恶性组与高度恶性组之间的核形态定量参数比较,大多数核形态定量分析与形态分类在胃肠道NHL的恶性程度的评判上基本吻合。
It was determined the morphometric parameters of cell nuclei of 31 patients with gas-trointesinal non - Hodgking's lymphoma by means of automatic image analysis system. The results showed that the major morphometric parameters of these cell nuclei (area, mean diameter, maximal di-amter, shape factor) were significantly different between low -garde malignant group and high -garde malignant group by Kiel classification (P<0. 01). Based on working formulation, most of these parameters were also significantly different among low - grade, middle - grade and high - grade malignant group(P<0. 01-0. 05). It is indicated that both morphometry on cell nuclei and these two morphological classification are very corresponding indetermining the malignant grade of gastrointestinal non -Hodgking's lymphoma.
