摘要
由于制度供给滞后、市场机制不完善 ,农地市场信息严重缺失 ,交易主体权益得不到有效保障 ,土地资源配置效率低下。明晰农地产权边界、加强市场执法监管力度、修正扭曲的土地价格以及完善信息服务体系迫在眉睫。
The paper argues lack of information for farm land market,ineffective protection of equity of transaction body as well as inefficient allocation of land resources are attributed to lagging institution supply and imperfect market mechanism. It also calls for confirming the property scope of farm land and strengthening legal supervision over the market in order to modify the distorted land price and perfect the information service system
