TECA-Ⅰ型生物人工肝脏对少肝急性肝衰犬的治疗效应 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价TECA-Ⅰ型生物人工肝支持系统(BALSS)治疗少肝急性肝衰(ALF)犬的有效性和安全性.方法将中国实验用小型猪肝细胞培养于TECA-Ⅰ型BALSS的生物反应器中;将肝脏大部切除诱发的ALF犬随机分为:肝细胞组、无肝细胞组及药物治疗组,进行6h治疗;测定治疗前、后ALF犬血NH3,GPT,GOT,BIL,凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶原活动度(PA)以及免疫学指标的变化.结果肝细胞组的ALF犬治疗后,血NH3,BIL,GPT,GOT明显下降(P<0.01),PT,PA明显改善(P<0.05);ALF犬平均生存期为108.0h±12.0h,其中3只犬得以长期存活,其免疫学指标在BALSS治疗后无明显变化.而无肝细胞组和药物治疗组ALF犬治疗前、后上述生化指标无明显改变;ALF犬平均生存期分别为24.0h±6.0h,20.4h±6.4h.结论采用猪肝细胞的TECA-Ⅰ型BALSS能安全有效地暂时替代肝脏大部切除诱发的ALF犬的肝脏功能.
