摘要
水泥煤喷搅拌连续墙是现代深基础工程中常见的一种方法。此法基于水泥对软土的加固作用 ,工作实例常见于软土淤泥、粘土及亚粘土地基中 ,在中细砂及砾石层中未见先例。本文以山西滹沱河界河橡胶坝基础工程为例 ,采用基底的细砂、粉砂作了基础砂试验 ,砂浆渗透性能试验。确定了砂浆配合比及设计要求 ,并对桩和墙体进行了设计 ,进行了墙体竖向承载力的计算和墙体稳定性的验算。论证了在中细砂土中采用水泥粉喷搅拌地下墙成墙的可行性及墙体的可靠性。该方法操作简便、成本低廉、效果可靠。
Underground continuous wall by jetting and mixing with cement powder is a commnon way used for modern deep foundation engineering. This way came from reinforcing role about cement to soft soil. It is often used in the foundation of soft soil, silt and clay, as well as inferior clay, not yet in the mid\|fine sand. In this paper, the authors introduce an example that the method is used in the mid\|fine sand stratum for the dam foundation in Jiehepu on Hutao River of shanxi province. The issues include the tests on basis material, on mortar consistence on the fit scale of material, and on permeability of mortar, In order to determine, the component proportion of mortar and design the scheme. The bearing apatity is calculated and cheeking computations is made for stability. The feasibility of the method for the wall is expounded. The technique is easy to operate with low cost and reliable results.
