用同步辐射X射线研究无机化合物粉末的荧光性质

摘要 在北京同步辐射装置的 4W 1B光束线上建立了利用准单色X射线测量粉末样品荧光性质的实验系统。测量了 33种无机化合物 (或掺杂 )的相对荧光强度及荧光衰退时间。若干已知闪烁性能样品的测试结果展示了方法的有效性和灵敏性。 An experimental system to use quasi-monochromatic X-ray beam for measuring the fluorescence properties of powdered compounds is established on beam line 4W1B at the Beijing synchrotron radiation facility (BSRF).The relative light intensity and decay time of fluorescencc for 33 samples of inorganic compounds (or doped compounds) are measured.The results for samples of known scintillators demonstrate the feasibility and sensitivity of the method,while the experimental data obtained for other powdered compounds provide useful information for effective selection of candidate scintillators
