We inverted global six-density anomalies by means of damp least square method on different depth of the mantle using medium-long waves geoid anomaly deducted the effects of topography,Moho and Core-Mantle boundary interfaces.The relation between global density anomalies and plate tectonics is discussed.And the action of density anomalies to plate moving is analyzed also.The density anomalies result shows that there are two principal density anomalies centers,one is locate on 80°E,0°N and the other is locate on 240°E,10°N.
