摘要
阐述了玻璃态胶凝材料表面改性的基本原理 ,并采用机械化学方法对玻璃态物质进行了点活化及助磨分散表面改性 ,制备了改性玻璃态胶凝材料 .通过对改性玻璃态胶凝材料的颗粒形貌、粒度分布、净浆流变性能、砂浆物理力学性能及水化放热等性能测试 ,验证了玻璃态胶凝材料表面改性的原理并提出了改性玻璃态胶凝材料与普通水泥相互作用机制的模型 .
Basic theory of surface modification on glassy cementitious material is presented in this paper. Modified glassy cementitious materials were manufactured by means of point activation and disperse and grinding aid according to technology of mechanical_chemistry. This theory about surface modification has been tested by some experimental results such as SEM observation, particle size distribution, paste fluidity, heat of the hydration and mechanical properties of the hardened paste. A model of the interactive mechanism between modified glassy material and OPC is put forwarded.
