摘要
讨论了区域大气总量控制方法和污染源条件,地形条件和气象条件对大气总量控制结果的影响.根据中国国内具体情况,确定总量基准控制时段为采暖季或1月份.即采用月日平均浓度、季日平均浓度为控制标准.研究了我国区域大气总量基准控制条件,对基准控制排放量也做了规定.本文还介绍了大气污染物总量控制软件的研究目的,软件的开发环境,特点,使用方法和范围及相关的研究情况.
In this article, the method for regional atmospheric total quality control and the impact of pollution source condition, topographic condition and meteorological condition on the result of the quality control were discussed. According to the real condition of China, heating period or January was used as the reference period for the total quality control; the daily average concentration of the whole season or the daily average concentration of the whole month was used as the control index. The reference control condition was researched and the reference control exhaust was also determined . The research aim, development environment, characteristics and the method and range for use of the quality control software package as well as the relevant research were discussed.
