摘要 用均匀设计法研究了以三价锰为媒质 ,间接电氧化甲苯合成苯甲醛。研究了反应物浓度、槽电压、反应温度和反应时间等因素对电解过程三价锰产率和电流效率的影响 ,实验数据通过多元回归分析 ,找出其最佳工艺条件。实现了媒质多次循环的效果。 Benzaldehyde was synthesized by indirect electro-oxidation of toluene with Mn(Ⅲ) as medium.Uniform design method was used to study the effects of concentration of reactants,cell voltage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield and current efficiency of Mn(Ⅲ).The optimum technical conditions were found by using multiple regression analysis based on the data obtained from our experiments.Electrolyte including Mn(Ⅲ) was added into the vessel and toluene was oxidized to benzaldehyde.The efficacy of the medium that was recycled for many times was tested.
