摘要
用国产阴离子隔膜设计了电解发生HClO水溶液的电解槽和相关流程 ,并用于与丙烯反应合成有重要工业意义的环氧丙烷。对各种反应条件进行了研究。结果表明该实验室系统在电流密度 75 0A/m2 、pH 6 4、10~ 15℃等优化条件下可稳定获得 0 .419mol/L的HClO水溶液 ,与丙烯反应得到环氧丙烷的质量分数为 1.5 % ,主要副产物 1,2 二氯丙烷的质量分数小于 0 .0 15 %。
A temperature controlled electrolytical cell with an anion-exchange membrane was designed for electrochemical preparation of HClO solution for synthesis of propylene oxide.Several experiments were conducted to find the optimal electrolysis conditions.Under the optimized experimental conditions,0.419 mol/L HClO solution was obtained,which was used to react with propylene to give propylene oxide(PO)[w(PO)=1.5%].Content of the main by-product 1,2-dichloropropane was less than 0.015%.
