摘要
采用电化学方法 ,在弱碱性条件下 ,对阴极电还原葡萄糖合成甘露醇和山梨醇进行了研究 ,得到了最佳电解条件 :RaneyNi做阴极 ,电流密度为 4 0A/dm2 ,pH =12 ,温度为 5 0℃ ,葡萄糖的起始浓度为 0 8mol/L ,支持电解质Na2 SO4 的浓度为 0 45mol/L。在此条件下 ,葡萄糖的转化率达 77 1% ,产物组成中甘露醇和山梨醇的质量分数分别为 2 1 3%和 78 7%。
Synthesis of mannitol and sorbitol by electro-reduction was studied.Factors influencing the yield of mannitol and sorbitol were cathode material,current density,initial concentration of glucose,pH,temperature,supporting electrolyte and the passed charge.The optimum conditions were determined.Cathode material was Raney Ni,current density was 4.0 A/dm2, pH was 12,temperature of reaction was 50 ℃,initial concentration of glucose was 0.8 mol/L,concentration of supporting electrolyte was 0.45 mol/L,passed charge was 14.48×104 C and flow rate was 1 L/min.Under these conditions,the conversion of glucose was 77.1%,the fractions of mannitol and sorbitol in total polyol were 21.3% and 78.7% respectively.
