摘要
采用成对合成新工艺电解葡萄糖制取葡萄糖酸及山梨醇 ,研究了电流、温度、介质浓度、葡萄糖浓度及电解时间对葡萄糖电解过程的影响。结果表明 ,在电流密度为 1mA/cm2 ,温度为 2 5℃ ,c(硫酸 ) =0 .30mol/L介质中 ,浓度为 3.6× 10 -2 mol/L的葡萄糖电解 90min后 ,其转化率可达 90 %。
Gluconic acid and sorbitol were produced by electrolyzing glucose using new process of eletrosynthesis in pairs.The effects of electric current,temperature and concentrations of medium and glucose on electrolysis were investigated.At optimum conditions 20 mA,25 ℃,0.30 mol/L of medium,3.60×10-2 mol/L of glucose and electrolysis time 90 min,the conversion of glucose was 90%.
