干旱逆境下小麦幼苗叶片细胞核超微结构与钙离子的关系 被引量:4

摘要 采用改进的焦锑酸钙沉淀的细胞化学方法 ,探讨了在干旱逆境条件下细胞核与Ca2 + 水平变化的关系。结果表明 :在正常水分下生长的小麦幼苗 ,其细胞核中含有少量Ca2 + ;细胞核圆球状 ,异染色质分散分布于常染色质之间。随着水分胁迫时间的延长 ,细胞核中的自由Ca2 + 逐渐增多 ,同时细胞核超微结构受到的伤害越发严重 ,核膜皱缩 ,异染色质凝聚加重 。 The relationship between the nucleus of the wheat seedli ng and Ca2+ und er water stress was examined with the cytochemical method of the improved calciu m antimonate precipitation.The results obtained showed that there was a little c alcium in nucleus;the shape of the nucleus liked a ball and the chromatin was sc attered distributed.With the longer the duration of water stress the higher the free Ca2+ in nucleus and the more serious the ultrastructure of the nu cleus; the membrane of the nucleus wrinkled and the chromatin agglutinated, the shape was abnormal,at last it was disintegrated.
