摘要
目的 :测试船用医疗模块系统装备总体性能是否达到设计和海上使用要求。方法 :将模块系统安装于舰甲板上 ,联接和贯通水、电、空调和通道 ,参试舰处于航行状态 ,然后对给排水、电力、空调、通讯等系统进行试验 ,对舱室噪声、空气洁净度及照度进行测试 ,以及医疗队在模块内展开试验性演练。结果 :模块内给排水管路无渗漏 ;单件模块绝缘电阻≥ 2 5MΩ ,系统绝缘电阻≥ 4.2MΩ ;在南海 35℃气温下 ,空调制冷工况 75 %时 ,模块内温度≤ 2 5℃ ,相对湿度 45 %~ 6 0 % ;通讯系统畅通无误 ;模块内空气噪声值≤ 5 9dB(A) ;空气洁净度达到 10 0 0级标准 ;一般平均照度在测试高度 1.2m时≥ 140lx ,0 .8m时≥10 6lx。结论 :各模块总体性能良好 ,有关指标达到了设计要求 。
Aim: To survey the total performance of the shipboard medical modular system and check whether it is up to the requirement s of design and application at sea. Methods: The modular sys tem was installed on the deck of the ship, and water, electricity, air condi tion er and passageway of the system were connected with relative joints on the ship. Under the condition of voyage, the drainage, electricity, air conditioner, and communication systems were tested. Noise, air cleanliness and illumination in th e chamber were also measured. A medical team performed experimental exercises in the modular system. Results: No leakage of water occurred in the drainage system; the insulating resistance of a single modular unit was ≥25 MΩ, and the insulating resistance of the whole system was ≥4.2 MΩ. When th e temperature was 35 ℃ in the South China Sea, and the refrigerating mode of th e air conditioner was 75%, the temperature in the chamber was ≤25 ℃ and the rel a tive humidity was 45% to 60%. The communication system was unimpeded. The air no ise in the chamber of the modular system was ≤60 dB(A). The air cleanliness was up to 1 000 standard. The average illumination at the test height(1.2 m) was ≥ 140 lx, and at the height of 0.8 m ≥106 lx. Conclusion: T he to tal performance of the modular system is satisfactory. The related inde xes have rea ched the designed standard. They can meet the demands of medical service tra ining of medical teams at sea.
