模糊与IPD控制算法在图像压缩系统中的应用比较

Research on the Fuzzy Control Algorithm of Adaptive Quantization

针对实时数字图像压缩系统，提出在初始参数调整后采用模糊控制算法代替IPD算法的方法，并设计了相应的模糊控制器。仿真结果表明，在系统初始参数经常调整的情况下，采用模糊算法的系统稳定性好于采用IPD算法的系统。

：This paper aims at the system of real time digital image compression.After firstly adjusting parameters ,we take fuzzy cotrol algorithm instead of classical IPD control algorithm .we have also desigened corresponding fuzzy controller. Emulated results indicate that systems adopting fuzzy control alogrithm are more stabler than IPD control algorithm in the case of systems being often adjusted.
