以“285支票电话挂失查询系统”为例，介绍了在电信特种业务处理系统中，前端工作站对于从电话上输入的数字信息的处理。
This paper discusses the process of digital information get from telephone in special telecommunication services processing system by taking the No.285 check loss reporting system as an example.
