阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 ( OSAS)的发病机制尚不明确。颌面结构分析为探讨 OSAS的发病机制及有效治疗途径的重要手段之一。本文系统综述了颌面结构分析方法。

The mechanisms of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) are poorly elucidated. Cephalometric analysis provides an important approach to the exploration of the etiology of OSAS and may also aids in the selection of treatment modality for patients with OSAS. In this article, we reviewed the methods for cephalometric analysis, common cephalometric abnormalities seen in patients with OSAS and their clinical significance.
