摘要 目的 :研究采用过氧乙酸 (PAA)消毒后复用高通量透析器对几种不同分子量溶质清除能力的影响。 方法 :复用第 1、4、8、9及 1 1次时测定聚砜膜 BL S6 2 7对患者血清小分子物质尿素、肌酐、尿酸和中分子物质及 β2 -微球蛋白的清除率。 结果 :透析器复用至 1 1次时对小分子物质清除能力无变化 ,复用至 8次以上时 ,对中、大分子物质清除能力开始下降 ,且有显著性差异。 结论 :高通量透析器采用 PAA消毒后复用在一定程度是可行的 ,复用中除监测小分子物质清除能力外 ,还必需监测对中。 Objectives:To detect the changes of solutes removal ability of dialyzers after peroxyacetic acid (PAA) reprocessing. Methods: Clearances of urea, creatinine, uric acid ,middle molecule solutes and β2-microglobulin(β2-M) were determined in high-flux dialyzers after 1st,4th,6th,8th,9th and 11th use and reprocessing with PAA.  Results:No obvious changes of small solute removal ability were found with reused dialyzers. Removal ability of large and middle molecule solute declined when dialyzers were used more than 8 times.  Conclusions:High-flux dialyzers reuse by PAA is feasible, and monitoring removal ability of not only small solutes but also middle and large molecule solutes should be performed.
