摘要
环境质量综合评价的首要任务是赋权。针对中国目前环境质量评价现状,笔者将主成分分析(PC)和线性规划(LP)有机结合,建立了PC—LP耦合模型,以此来确定权重,该法以城市各点位环境质量监测数据为基本依据,利用PC模型确定各点位优劣顺序,利用LP模型确定各污染因子的最佳权重,从而使权重的确定更具科学性和准确性,其有效性已在环境质量综合评价应用中得到证实。
The chief task of environmental quality evaluation is t o give weight.Facing the current situation of environmental quality evaluation,w e combine principle components to linear programming techniques and make the mod el called PC-LP based on every factors environmental monitoring date of every site in the city.Its main contents are:to determine betteror worst consequence through the model of PC,then to determine environmental quality evaluation s weight through the model of LP.The result is more accurate and scientific,a cas e study is presented in this paper.
