环境质量综合评价最佳权重的确定

Determination of Environmental Quality Evaluation's Weight

环境质量综合评价的首要任务是赋权。针对中国目前环境质量评价现状，笔者将主成分分析（ＰＣ）和线性规划（ＬＰ）有机结合，建立了ＰＣ—ＬＰ耦合模型，以此来确定权重，该法以城市各点位环境质量监测数据为基本依据，利用ＰＣ模型确定各点位优劣顺序，利用ＬＰ模型确定各污染因子的最佳权重，从而使权重的确定更具科学性和准确性，其有效性已在环境质量综合评价应用中得到证实。

The chief task of environmental quality evaluation is t o give weight.Facing the current situation of environmental quality evaluation,w e combine principle components to linear programming techniques and make the mod el called PC-LP based on every factors environmental monitoring date of every site in the city.Its main contents are:to determine betteror worst consequence through the model of PC,then to determine environmental quality evaluation s weight through the model of LP.The result is more accurate and scientific,a cas e study is presented in this paper.
