21世纪世界转型的起点是世界经济格局及西方与非西方经济力量对比发生前所未有的大转型。即从现在起到2025年前后的大约20年左右,将是世界力量对比发生决定性变化、非西方国家力量及其国际影响开始赶上、甚至超过西方世界的转型时期。国际经济力量对比的转型必然促使国际体系发生相应的变化,这种变化颠覆了西方与非西方这两大集团历时500年之久的力量格局和关系模式。21世纪世界转型不仅涉及国际体系转型,也将涉及世界事务,包括高位政治、低位政治、生产与消费、文化与生活、经济与安全等方方面面。21世纪的世界转型对中国来说,既是机遇也是挑战,因此中国应适应大趋势,捕捉先机,搭转型的顺风车,在世界转型中顺势崛起。

In the 21st century the world transition is a gteat and unprecedented transition of the world economic structure and the balance between the Western and non-Western economic forces.That is,about 20 years from now on until 2025,it will be the transition period when the world forces will undergo a decisive change and non-Western countries and their international influences will catch up with or even overtake the Western world.Such transition is bound to bring about corresponding changes in international system,which will subvert the Western and non-Western structure and the relationship pattern which lasted some 500 years.The transition in the 21st century involves not only the international system transition,but also world affairs,including high-level politics,low-level politics,production and consumption,culture and life,economic and security and so on.It is both an opportunity and a challenge to China.Therefore,China should adapt itself to the general trend,capture the opportunity,take the ride and rise in the transition.
