CDIC锥状螺纹种植体在下后牙区菲薄型牙槽骨的临床应用评价

The Clinical Effection Evaluation Of Applying CDIC conical Spiral Implant In The Humble Knifing-posterior Of The Mandibular

目的:评估CDIC锥状螺纹种植体在下后牙区菲薄型牙槽骨的临床应用效果。方法:在6例下后牙区菲薄型牙槽骨患者口腔内不采用骨劈开等技术直接植入CDIC锥状螺纹种植体,同期调磨种植体基台,利用铸造金属连杆固定,半年后烤瓷连冠修复。结果:5例26枚种植体全部成功,临床成功率100%。结论:CDIC锥状螺纹种植体在下后牙区菲薄型牙槽骨的应用具有独特的优势。

Objective:To evalue the clinical effection of application of CDICconical spiral implant in the humble knifing-alveolar of the posterior mandibular.Methods:Direct implanting CDICconical spiral implant in 5 cases which the mandibular is humble in the posterior while not applying the technology of bone-splitting and grinding the abutments,use the casting conectted rod to fix.After an half year,the connected metal porcelain crown were restorated.Result:26 dental implants in the 5 cases were all succeed,the rate of success is 100%.Conclusion:CDICconical spriral implant have the unique advantage in the humble knifing-alveolar of the mandibular.
