用盘钻法行上颌窦底提升植骨同期牙种植的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨及评估应用盘钻法行上颌窦底提升植骨同期种植的临床效果及技术特点。方法:应用顶端为凹面盘型的反方向螺纹钻对28例患者32个牙位行经牙槽嵴顶入路的上颌窦底提升、植骨同期牙种植术,剩余牙槽骨高度为本组患者男性16例,女性12例,年龄(48.4±8.8)岁.观察方法为临床检查及影像学检查。结果:上颌窦剩余牙槽骨平均高度为(4.12±1.25)mm,平均提升上颌窦底高度(8.26±1.20)mm,无1例上颌窦黏膜穿孔,随访(4.2±2.1)个月,所有病例均无上颌窦并发症,成功率达100%。结论:应用顶端为凹面盘型的反方向螺纹钻,经牙槽嵴顶入路行上颌窦底提升植骨同期植入种植体,与上颌窦外提升术相比,手术创伤小、操作简便可靠、并发症少,其近期效果满意。并对其适应症、手术方法、注意事项等进行了讨论。 Purpose:To evaluate the clinical results of maxillary sinus floor elevation technique with the Disk-up Sinus Reamer(DSR)on implantation.Methods:28 patients underwent maxillary sinus floor elevation and 32 implants were inserted.Clinical examination and radiographs were conducted.Results:All the patients with mean(4.12±1.25)mm height of residual bone in the posterior maxilla underwent sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement using bone condensers.The elevation height was(8.26±1.20)mm,The follow-up time was(4.2±2.1)months.No sinus complication was observed during the follow-up time.The survival rate was 100%.Conclusions:With the Disk-up Sinus Reamer(DSR),maxillary sinus floor elevation with simultaneous placement of implants was a predictable and safe technique.There were no implants loose or lost,no clinical complaint of maxillary sinus area,and X-ray examination showed well osseointegration.
