Situation of study on Type 2 diabetes mellitus impair the osseointegration of dental implants

目的:牙种植修复已经成为一种重要的缺牙修复方式。然而,糖尿病患者的种植修复往往存在一个较高的失败率和较差的初期骨结合。本文正是对这一问题的国内外研究现状进行分析,探讨2型糖尿病影响种植体骨结合的可能机制和具体因素。方法:对国内外关于这一领域的文献广泛搜集分析,严格入选的可用数据后作Meta分析。结果:得出了一个2型糖尿病影响种植体骨结合的可能的潜在机制以及相关因素。讨论:涉及2型糖尿病影响种植体骨结合的因素诸多而复杂,积极有效的控制血糖,局部应用降钙素、多肽性生长因子,联合其它措施一起可以提高此类病人的骨结合率和种植体存活率。结论:预先及在种植体植入时采取多种积极的措施联合干预,可以减少2型糖尿病患者的种植失败。

Aim:Dental implants prostheses has become a very important method of restoring lost teeth.However,in patients with diabetes mellitus,such implants are associated with a high failure rate and poor initial osseous healing.Therefore,the aim of the present paper is to offer a critical evaluation of the literature and provide a potential mechanism for the Type 2 diabetes mellitus-associated impairment of the osseointegration of dental implants.Methods:We collected and extensively analyzed all related literature.Strictly using the available scientific data,we then made a Meta analysis on this problem.Results:We obtained a potential mechanism for the Type 2 diabetes mellitus impair osseointegration of dental implants and invovled factors.Discussion:The effecting factors on Type 2 diabetes impair osseointegration of dental implants were numerous and complicated.Effective control of blood glucose levels,locally applied calcitonin and polypeptide growth factors,together with other measures,have been shown to improve implant survival in these patients.Conclusion:The initial failure rate of dental implants in patients with Type 2 diabetes can be decreased by taking special considerations into account for the placement of such implants.
