The Clinical Understandings of 558 Cases ITI Surgical Implant

目的:探讨ITI外科种植的经验和体会。方法:对305例患者的缺牙区植入ITI种植牙558颗并完成义齿修复,临床观察1～48个月。结果:种植成功率为98.4%,修复成功率为100%,修复体稳定率为100%。结论:ITI非潜入式一次性种植牙是一套生物相容性和生物力学相容性良好的种植体系,认真做好术前准备、术中操作和术后护理的各个环节工作能获得很高的成功率。

Objective:To investigate clinical understandings of ITI surgical implants.Methods:305 patients were treated with crown or bridge supported by 558 ITI implants and were followed 1~48 months.Results:the cumulative success rate and prosthesis stabilitywas 98.4% and 100% respectively.Conclusion:ITI implants were provided with good biological compatibility and biomechanical compatibility.
