磨牙区Replace种植体上部结构的临床应用

The superstrucre design and artificer technique of Replace dental implants placed in the posterior region

目的:探讨Replace种植系统上部结构在磨牙区缺失牙修复中的应用。方法:对84例患者用Replace种植系统在磨牙区缺失牙进行种植义齿修复,采用不同的修复设计方案及技工室加工技术。共完成了153颗牙的修复体,对完成修复后的1个月,3个月,6个月进行复诊,以后每年复查一次。对种植体稳定性及种植体周围组织进行随诊观察。结果:在完成修复后的3-12个月内种植体均无松动。1例烤瓷冠崩瓷。1例种植体周围粘膜炎。结论:Replace种植系统上部结构多样化,为临床修复设计提供了更多选择空间,有利于患者的个性化修复。

Objective:To investigate Replace Superstructure design and artificer technigue of the dental implants placed in the plsterior region.Material and methods:84 cases underwent Replace implant-supported restoration of the molar area missing tooth,to complete a total of 153 dental prosthesis by a different design and processing technique.Stability and peripheral tissue around implant fixtures were evaluated in 1,3,6 months and once every year after the completion of repair.Results:After the completion of restoration within 3-24 months,no implant loosening,one case with cracked porcelain crown and one case with peri-implant mucositis were observed.Conclusion:Diverse Replace Superstructural design provides the optional chance for the mechanics processing,help with the personality of repair.
