污染源在线监控系统是环境监测和环境监理的重要组成部分,通过污染源监测的系统平台,全面控管辖区内重点污染源污染物的排放总量控制,制止环境违法等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。提高监察效能,必须采用自动化、信息化、科学化的科技手段,建设污染源在线监控系统平台,为节能减排、环境统计、排污申报、排污收费等提供依据。
Online monitoring system of pollution sources is an important part of environment monitoring and environment supervision.We can control and manage Pollutant discharge of key pollution sources through online monitoring system.It is an irreplaceable role in total amount control of pollutants and suppression of environmental law breaking.Online monitoring system of pollution sources can improve supervision efficiency and validity of the data of key pollution sources,and provide the basis for energy-saving emission reduction assessment,environment etatistics,discharge declaration approving and discharge fee.
