生物接触氧化工艺在聚丙烯酰胺废水治理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 选择了"预处理+水解酸化+二级生物接触氧化"处理工艺处理聚丙烯酰胺废水。预处理采用高级氧化法(Fenton氧化)提高废水的可生化性,去除部分COD,水解酸化法能将污水中难降解的大分子有机物分解为易降解的小分子有机物,利于后续生物处理。二级生物接触氧化法对小分子有机物进一步生化处理,能使出水达到一级标准。运行结果表明,经该工艺处理后,废水中的COD、BOD5等指标均能达标排放。 A polyacrylamide producing factory discharged wastewater which containing large amount of organic substance.The concentrations of COD and BOD5 are high.This factory treated wastewater with Technology of "pretreatment+ hydrolytic acidification+ secondary bio-contact oxidation".Fenton oxidation was used as pretreatment to remove part of COD and improve Biodegradability of wastewater.Hydrolytic acidification could decompound difficult degrading organic macromolecules into easy degrading small molecule organics.Secondary bio-contact oxidation treated small molecule organics further to reach first level standard.The running result showed that COD and BOD5 in treated wastewater could reach first level standard.
