电针对脑卒中后抑郁模型大鼠行为学和脑组织NE、5-HT含量的影响 被引量:22

摘要 目的:研究电针对脑卒中后抑郁模型大鼠行为学及脑组织NE、5-HT含量的影响。方法:通过单侧颈总动脉不全结扎联合孤养和小剂量利血平皮下注射制备复合型PSD大鼠模型。观察各组大鼠的行为学变化;利用荧光分光光度法测定各组大鼠大脑海马区NE和5-HT含量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠糖水消耗量和脑内NE、DA含量均明显下降。电针能使PSD大鼠糖水消耗量和脑神经递质NE、DA含量明显增加。结论:电针治疗PSD大鼠的机制可能与提高其海马区5-HT和NE含量有关。 Objective:To observe the effects of electrotherapy on behavior and cerebral NE and 5-HT contents in rats with poststroke depression.Methods: Models with poststroke depression was made by unilateral carrotid artery ligatured with low dose reserpine subcutaneous injection. Rats were divided into three groups,normal,model and electrotherapy groups,normal and model were given NS,electrotherapy group were acupuncturing on baihui and yintang points for 3 weeks.The rats’ behavior changes were observed after eletrotherapy, cerebral NE and 5-HT contents in rats of each group were determinaed by fluorometry.Results: To compare with the normal group, the julep consumption and cerebral NE, 5-HT contents were lowered obviously in the model group with poststroke depression,electrotherapy could significantly increase the julep consumption and cerebral NE, 5-HT contents in rats with poststroke depression.Conclusion: Effects of electrotherapy on poststroke depression may be associated with elevating the cerebral NE and 5-HT contents.
