Enterprise social responsibility has gradually became the new research field of corporate governance theory.This thesis firstly analyses the interactive relationship between corporate governance and social responsibility based on their cross-point stakeholder,and then further discusses the promoting effect of social responsibility information disclosure on improving corporate governance.
