摘要
本文采用电位法、电导法、紫外分光光度法测定了苯甲酸的电离常数.用三种方法测得的pKa分别为:4.03,4.08和4.20.结果表明:用紫外分光光度法测得的苯甲酸电离常数值最为准确,但三种方法各有特点,可根据具体的实验要求和实验目的选择合适的测定方法.
Ionization constant of benzoic acid was determined by potentiometry,conductometry and UV spectrophotometry.The determined pKa of benzoic acid by three methods are 4.03,4.08 and 4.20,respectively.It has been found that the result of UV spectrophotometry is the most accurate,but the three methods have different features and can be all used to determine the ionization constant.The most suitable method can be chosen according to the specific requirements and purpose of experiments.
