前列腺素E1对肝脏血流动力学的影响与CT灌注成像评价

摘要 前列腺素E1对病变血管有特殊的亲和性和靶向性,生物利用度高,可使缺血区域的血流增加,为克服因经动脉化疗栓塞术、肝大部分切除、肝移植等缺血性治疗造成的缺血冉灌注损伤等困难带来了曙光,但目前仍缺乏有效的影像学评价方法.CT灌注成像可定量测定肝窦水平的血流灌注变化,且可区分肝动脉、门静脉的血流灌注量,因此,理论上可利用该项技术来评估前列腺素E1对肝血流动力学的影响和其在肝缺血再灌注损伤中的应用价值.
