药用真菌桑黄的人工栽培技术研究 被引量:19

摘要 桑黄是目前抗癌效果最好的药用菌,具有广阔的开发前景和市场潜力。针对现有的桑黄人工栽培方法中普遍存在的技术不成熟、产量低、子实体质量差(不成形)等缺陷,提供一种新的人工栽培桑黄的方法,该方法采用代料栽培,找出了最适合桑黄子实体发育的空气相对湿度、温度、光照等环境因子及管理措施,提高了桑黄人工栽培的产量和质量。 Phellinus baumii is considered as the most effective medicinal fungus for antitumor, and it has great market demand. However, the fruit bodies produced by the previous cultivation techniques have the deficiency of low yield and poor quality. In this paper we provide a new method for the cultivation of P. baumii. The optimum air relative humidity, temperature, light of environmental factors and management measures were found. The yield and quality were greatly improved by the current technique.
