摘要
生产试验证明:球铁中加入适量的Sb能适度提高基体组织中的珠光体量,使球铁具有珠光体—铁素体混合型基体组织,性能达到牌号QT500-7要求的中等强度和中等伸长率.。应用于台车铸件批量生产结果,铸件各项性能都达到了设计要求。
Productive test showed that, by adding proper amount of antimony, it’s possible to increase measurably the pearlite content of the ductile iron and as a result, the matrix of ductile iron would be of pearlite + ferrite mixed type, and its properties would meet the medium strength and medium elongation required by the QT500-7 grade. This measure has been adopted in batch production of the carriage body castings, and all their properties met design requirements.
