摘要
制备了粉煤灰与高铝矾土加入量不同的#1、#2、#3、#4铸铁涂料试样,研究了粉煤灰加入量对铸铁涂料性能的影响,结果表明:(1)#1、#2试样的悬浮性优于#3、#4试样;(2)#1试样的条件粘度和耐磨性最差;(3)#2、#3试样的曝热抗裂性最好;(4)#2、#3、#4试样的抗粘砂性能较好。因而,在粉料中加入粉煤灰50%为宜。
#1,#2,#3,#4 coating mixture specimens with different amount of coal ash powder and high-alumina bauxite were prepared to investigate the influence of coal ash powder adding amount on properties of the coating used for iron castings. The result showed that : a) the suspension property of #1 and #2 specimen was better than that of #3and #4 specimen; b) the conditional viscosity and wear resistance of #1 specimen was the worst ; c) the sharp thermal cracking resistance of #2 and #3 were the best; d) the burning-on resistance of #2,#3,#4 specimen were relatively higher. Therefore, it’s the best choice to add 50% coal ash powder into the coating powder.
