Slag Accumulation Cleaning Method of Pneumatic Cored Induction Pouring Furnace

分析了有芯气压浇注炉批量生产球铁时炉内产生积渣问题的原因,并介绍了笔者公司采用的除渣措施:主要有增加保温层厚度、改用管内带钢条的吹氧管、炉内始终保留铁液、定期清理等,延长了浇注炉的使用寿命。

The reason caused slag accumulation of the pneumatic cored induction pouring furnace when conducting quantity nodular iron castings production was analyzed, and the slag cleaning measures adopted by the author's company were introduced including:increasing thickness of the thermal insulating layer, using oxygen injecting pipe with steel rods inside, keeping iron melt inside the furnace for all the time, periodically cleaning, and so on.As a result the working life of the furnace was prolonged.
