喷施硫酸亚铁对紫花苜蓿草产量、品质及矿质营养的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用叶面喷施的方法研究了不同铁水平对紫花苜蓿草产量、品质及矿质营养的影响。结果表明:适量喷施铁肥能显著(P<0.05)提高苜蓿草产量,以施铁500 mg/kg效果最好,草产量比对照提高1 199.17 kg/hm2。喷施铁肥显著促进了紫花苜蓿对锌、硼、铁和锰的吸收,以施铁500 mg/kg吸收能力最强;锌和硼含量分别以施铁500 mg/kg和200 mg/kg最高,分别显著高出对照30.78%和14.75%;以施铁800 mg/kg铁和锰含量最高,分别显著高出对照19.96%和16.97%。喷施铁肥显著降低了紫花苜蓿对硒的吸收,以施铁800 mg/kg吸收能力最弱,硒含量最低,显著低于对照78.85%。适量喷施铁肥能显著促进紫花苜蓿对磷、钼和铜的吸收,以施铁500 mg/kg吸收能力最强;以施铁200 mg/kg磷和钼含量最高,分别显著高出对照41.18%和8.82%;以施铁500 mg/kg铜含量最高,但未显著高出对照。过量喷施铁肥将显著降低紫花苜蓿对钙和钴的吸收,以施铁800 mg/kg吸收能力最弱,含量最低,分别显著低于对照33.33%和57.69%。喷施铁肥显著提高了紫花苜蓿粗蛋白和粗脂肪的含量和产量,粗蛋白含量和产量以施铁500 mg/kg最高,分别显著高出对照16.61%和50.84%;粗脂肪含量和产量以施铁200 mg/kg最高,分别显著高出对照61.33%和82.41%。适量喷施铁肥能显著提高紫花苜蓿粗灰分和粗纤维的产量,以施铁500 mg/kg产量最高,分别显著高出对照32.73%和21.19%,但未显著影响紫花苜蓿粗灰分和粗纤维的含量。 Adopting the method of spraying leaf surface,the experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of ferrous sulphate on herbage yield,quality and mineral nutriton of alfalfa.The results showed that the appropriate spraying of Fe could remarkably(P<0.05) increase the herbage yield of alfalfa,Among the 3 doses,the Fe 500 mg/kg was the most effective and suitable application amount,and the herbage yield increased by 1 199.17 kg/hm2 compared to the control.And spraying of Fe could remarkably(P<0.05) increase Zn,B,Fe and Mn′s absorbing quantity of alfalfa,and their absorbing quantity was the highest after applying Fe 500 mg/kg;The content of Zn and B was the highest after applying Fe 500 mg/kg and Fe 200 mg /kg respectively,and the content remarkably(P<0.05) increased by 30.78% and 14.75% respectively compared to the control;The content of Fe and Mn was the highest after applying Fe 800 mg/kg,and the content remarkably(P<0.05)increased by 19.96% and 16.97% respectively compared to the control;Spraying of Fe remarkably(P<0.05) reduced Se′s absorbing quantity of alfalfa,the absorbing quantity and content were the lowest after applying 800 mg(Fe)/kg,and the content remarkably(P<0.05) reduced by 78.85% compared to the control;Moreover the appropriate spraying of Fe could remarkably(P<0.05) increase the absorbing quantity of P,Mo and Cu of alfalfa, their absorbing quantity was the highest after applying Fe 500 mg/kg,and the content of P and Mo was the highest after applying Fe 200 mg/kg;the content remarkably(P<0.05) increased by 41.18%,8.82% respectively compared to the control;The content of Cu was the highest after applying Fe 500 mg/kg,but the content was not remarkably(P<0.05) enhanced compared to the control;The excessive spraying of Fe could remarkably(P<0.05) reduce Ca and Co′s absorbing quantity of alfalfa,and the absorbing quantity and content were the lowest after applying Fe 800 mg/kg;The content remarkably(P<0.05) reduced by 33.33% and 57.69% respectively compared to the control;Spraying of Fe could remarkably(P<0.05) increase crude protein and crude fat′s content and yield of alfalfa,the crude protein′s content and yield were the highest after applying Fe 500 mg/kg,and the content and yield remarkably(P<0.05) increased by 16.61% and 50.84% respectively compared to the control;The crude fat′s content and yield were the highest after applying Fe 200 mg/kg,and the content and yield remarkably(P<0.05) increased by 61.33% and 82.41% respectively compared to the control;Moreover the appropriate spraying of Fe could remarkably(P<0.05) increase the yield of crude ash and crude fiber of alfalfa,their yield was the highest after applying Fe 500 mg/kg,the yield remarkably(P<0.05) increased by 32.73% and 21.19% respectively compared to the control,but there was no significant impact on crude ash and crude fiber′s content.
