民主改革50年来,西藏教育事业的全面发展是举世瞩目的,这是西藏人权发展史上的一个伟大创举。充分说明西藏人民在中国共产党的领导下,才能真正成为社会的主人。西藏教育的发展具有极其重要的人权意义。
The overall development of Tibetan education is remarkable since the democratic reform, which is a great pioneering work in the history of Tibetan human rights development. This fully proves that Tibetan people can become truly masters of themselves only under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. The development of Tibetan education is significant in human rights.
