摘要
目前,高校临聘人员管理存在的问题主要有:来源比较复杂、素质差异较大,岗位职责分工不够明确,制度不够健全,人员流动性相对较大,签订合同期限较短以及对临聘人员的培养不够重视等。对此,要提高管理者的管理水平,健全临聘人员人事管理制度和激励、考核制度,完善临聘人员培训和继续教育制度等等。从而促进临聘人员与学校的共同健康发展。
Currently,the major problems existing in the management of temp personnel in institutions of higher learning are as follows: the complicated and mixed temp sources;the marked difference in their quality;the ambiguous division of their responsibility;ill-operated management system;mobility of temp;insufficient training of the temp,etc.In view of these problems,some corresponding strategies are proposed in the paper,such as,to improve the managerial level and personnel system of temp,to promote incentive and checkup mechanism,to perfect the temp personnel's training and continuous education system,etc.so as to engage them into the healthy development of the colleges and universities involved.
