To Find A Way Out for the Disconnection of Jjurisprudential Education and Legal Profession——From the perspective of improving the teaching mode

法学教育与法律职业相脱节已成为越来越多法学教育工作者关注的问题。如何改进现有的高职高专法学教学模式,培养应用型法律人才应作为我们教学改革的最终目标。借鉴英国、澳大利亚等在国际上以培养应用型法律人才见长国家的先进经验,尝试在通过灵活多样的教学法传授基本法律知识的基础上,增加法律技术训练课程,为学生法学教育与法律职业的衔接搭建桥梁,或许是解决法学教育与法律职业脱节的出路之一。

In nowadays,more and more jurisprudential educationists are concerned about the disconnection of jurisprudential education and legal profession.It is the ultimate goal of education revolution to improve the education mode of higher vocation and higher profession,and to cultivate application-oriented legal talents.We could draw on the successful experience of such countries like England and Australia in cultivating application-oriented legal talents,and try to add some legal-technical training courses based on teaching basic legal knowledge through flexible and multiple teaching methods.Thus we can help to connect the jurisprudential education and legal profession for students as far as possible.This may be one of the best ways to solve the problem of the disconnection of the two.
