浅谈出入境民警培训效果评估

On the Outcome Assessment System for Entry an Exit Officer Training

公安机关出入境管理是国家行政管理的重要组成部分,对维护国家主权、安全和社会稳定起着重要的作用。因此这就要求公安机关出入境民警具有良好的政治素质、业务素质、文化素质和心理素质,以适应岗位职责和时代需求。要达到以上的要求,重要途径之一就是不断强化对出入境民警的培训。近年来,一些发达国家警察培训管理部门以加强培训效果评估来提高培训质量的做法取得了较大的成功,这对于我国公安机关出入境管理部门具有很好的借鉴作用。

Entry and Exit adm inistration enforced by the public security authorities,is an essential part of national civil service whose function is important to safeguard national sovereignty,security and social stability.Such adm inistration demands nice political,professional,cultural and mental quality for entry and exit officers.To meet the demands,one important solution is keeping enhancing personnel training of entry and exit officers.In recent years,police training departments in western countries have made remarkable achievement in impro-ving training outcome by enhancing target assessment.This provides reference to Entry and Exit adm inistration department of China’s Public Security authority.
