目的 总结微血管减压术治疗颅神经血管压迫综合征的实施过程.方法 查阅国内外相关文献,并进行综述.结果 不同作者采用雷同的手术方式,即微血管减压术,治疗颅神经血管压迫综合征均取得满意疗效.结论 微血管减压术是治愈颅神经血管压迫综合征重要有效的手段,再结合神经内窥镜技术,效果更佳.
