心理支持治疗对精神分裂症自知力的恢复

摘要 目的 观察心理治疗对恢复精神分裂症自知力的影响.方法 将177例精神分裂症患者随机分成心理治疗加药物治疗组(下称联合组)和单纯药物组,用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、自知力量表,分别于入组前、治疗第4、8、12周末各评定1次.结果 联合组在治疗第8、12周末BPRS、自知力评分较单纯药物治疗组改变显著.结论 心理治疗对帮助恢复精神分裂症患者自知力效果显著,具有十分重要的临床意义.
