摘要 随着电力系统的快速发展,变电站集中监视模式日益普及。避免运行人员在倒闸操作工作中的误操作,是保证变电站及电网安全稳定运行的重要基础。本文从实际出发,设计了一套完整的集控主站防误闭锁系统,实现了对集控主站遥控操作的多层防误闭锁,同时讨论了防误闭锁系统任一部分损坏的情况下,防误闭锁功能的实现,从技术上解决了集控站监控系统遥控操作的防误问题。 Along with the rapid development of electric power system,the centralized monitoring of substation has been popularized.To avoid misoperation by field operators when working on switching operation is a very important basis for ensuring the steady performance of substations and power systems.In this paper,a new set of anti-misoperation locking system was designed based on field practices.Multilayer locking has been achieved by the system and how to achieve antimisoperation locking when a part of the system is out of function has also been discussed.The problems in remote control of monitoring system of centralized control system have been solved technically.
