2004～2008年安徽铜陵市血吸虫病疫情分析

Endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Tongling City from 2004 to 2008

目的分析铜陵市2004～2008年血吸虫病流行趋势和疫情变化,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法收集2004～2008年铜陵市血吸虫病疫情资料进行分析。结果疫情监测各项指标明显下降,2008年与2004年相比,人群感染率下降26.81%、耕牛感染率下降73%,钉螺面积压缩135.839 hm^2,阳性螺面积下降122.45 hm^2,阳性螺平均密度下降81.82%。急性血吸虫感染发生率逐年下降。结论通过实施血吸虫病综合治理项目,铜陵市血吸虫病防治工作取得了明显成效。

Objective To analyze the change trend of schistosomiasis in Tongling City from 2004 to 2008 and provide basis for making out control strategies. Methods The prevalence data from 2004 to 2008 in Tongling City were collected and analyzed. Results Compared with the prevalence status in 2004, the infection rate of residents reduced by 26.81%, the infection rate of catde reduced by 73%, the snail areas reduce by 135.839 hm^2, the positive snail areas decreased by 122.45 hm^2 , the density of positive snail reduced by 81.82% in 2008. The number of acute schistosomiasis decreased year by year. Conclusion Schistosomiasis control achieved remarkable effect by implementing comprehensive measures in Tongling City.
